2016 "Walk with the Classics” Concert by Die 12 Cellisten der Berliner Philharmoniker - NCPA

On the evening of July 15th, 2016, with the wonderful and beautiful music played by Die 12 Cellisten der Berliner Philharmoniker, the NCPA’s 8th “Walk with the Classics” Concert began. The concert’s theme was “Walk in Europe”, which brought the Beijing audience a refined and romantic journey of European music.

On the evening of 15th July, sites were full in the music hall. The most famous, top and reknown chamber group in the world “Die 12 Cellisten der Berliner Philharmoniker” started the beginning for the concert. The group is a historical chamber music group, since their establishment in the 1970s, the group has updated the cello’s performing history with their creative performing style. During the last half century, their footprint has been around the world, and has become the champion in this performing area.
